By-Election Results – Whissendine Seat on RCC

Whissendine resident and Liberal Democrat candidate Kevin Thomas won the Whissendine seat on Rutland County Council, replacing Sam Asplin, who stood down due to ill health. Kevin Thomas will serve as a Rutland County Councillor until the next round of elections.
