The Rutland Youth Council would like to invite you to nominate for this year’s Young Peoples Awards which are taking place on Wednesday 7th March from 6pm at the Rutland County Museum.

The award recognises and rewards young people who have achieved a great deal and pushed their personal boundaries, whatever they are, demonstrated exceptional volunteering and/or leadership commitment and determination in four categories:

  • Benefiting the Community
  • Overcoming Adversity
  • Disabled Young Peoples Champion
  • Young Peoples Champion

Nominations can be completed electronically by the 9th February via www.rutland.gov.uk/RutlandYoungPeoplesAwards If you require any paper nomination forms these are available from Jules House, please contact us on 01572 758301 or if you require any further information regarding the event.  Please be aware that the nominee must be aged 11-19, attend secondary school and live in Rutland.
