Proposed Community Infrastructure Levy – Draft Charging Schedule
The Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended)

The Proposed Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) – Draft Charging Schedule (DCS) sets out the proposed rates of CIL to be applied to development across Rutland.

Consultation is taking place prior to the document being submitted to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government for public examination.

Representations must be made in writing within the 6-week period starting on 13 February 2015 and ending at 4.15pm on 27 March 2015 and sent to the following address:
