Rutland County Council has begun a public consultation around its draft budget for 2016/17. Proposals were put forward by Cabinet on Tuesday 12th January and will be considered by Council next month.
Local communities are invited to share their views on the budget before consultation ends on Friday 29th January. Residents can take part online via RCC’s website, where they will find information, links to the full budget report and a short electronic questionnaire. Printed information and questionnaires are also being made available in local libraries and in the main foyer area at RCC’s Catmose offices. There will also be a presentation of the budget to the Parish Council Forum on 28th January 2016.
