There will be a chocolate making demonstration followed by tasting session at January's Women's Institute meeting. The meeting begins at 7.30pm in the village hall. All WI members and prospective members are welcome to attend, see also the WI page.
The February 2015 meeting is on Tuesday 17th at 7.30pm in the village hall when George Shepherd will speak about ‘Bee Keeping’. ‘Boris was a busy bee …’ is the title of the competition. New members keen to join are welcome to contact the organisers, please see the WI page.
‘Helping Hedgehogs’ is the topic on March 17th with Colleen Powell giving the talk. The competition is for a ‘Handcrafted hedgehog in any medium’ which must be the member’s own work. We meet at the village hall at 7.30pm. All are welcome to attend, please also see the WI page.
