The waste collection service is operating to normal arrangements, usual collection days. But it is stretched so there is no bulk collections, no Civic Amenity Site access and they can’t cope with side-waste (extra bags by the bins). So anyone gardening will need to compost/chip/store rather than wanting extra collections and anyone clearing garages/attics will need to store their waste goods for the foreseeable future.
It’s not a request for volunteering but is a request for practical help in minimising the load on the system.
