As many of you are aware the flower festival will take place at St Andrews Church over the August bank holiday weekend. In partnership with the church, Whissendine Village Hall provides refreshments and offers a range of meals, teas & coffees commencing on Saturday 26th August and continuing on Sunday 27th and Monday 28th August.
We are looking for volunteers to help provide a warm welcome and an efficient service to our customers. We have a range of different roles:
• waitress/waiters
• help with washing up
• food preparation
• cashiers
The shifts we would like to offer are as follows although we can be flexible:
11am – 2pm, 2pm – 5pm on each day.
We would like to put together a rota with specific roles for individuals, do not worry if you have not helped before, we will provide you with all the necessary information and help will always be available!
