Monday 29th April was, incredibly, the tenth anniversary of Knit and Natter so we held a celebratory lunch here at my house, the home of Knit and Natter, well, who else would want a room permanently full of boxes of yarn! Everybody brought some food to share and we had a veritable feast. You could tell how good the food was as the chatting stopped and all you could hear were appreciative murmurs! There was also a cake, ahem, from a supermarket, me not being known for my baking skills. I am also not known for my organisational skills as I am so scatty I forgot to take a photo of all of us together and looking at the photos it looks as though I was there on my own. There were in fact thirteen of us including three former k&ners and I felt truly humbled to be surrounded by such a lovely bunch of friends. I would like to thank everybody for coming to the lunch and sticking by me for ten years! I would also like to welcome the new ladies and hope we will still be going in another ten years, cheers!
