The following crime has been reported to the police for Rutland North beat for July 2021: –
Assault – Exton, Great Casterton x2, Langham, Market Overton, Ryhall, Greetham
Theft – Cottesmore x 3, Whitwell x 5, Great Casterton, Langham, Exton
Theft from Vehicle – Ryhall, Essendine, A1 layby
Criminal Damage – Ryhall, Essendine
Public Order – Ryhall
We have noted last month there were 5 reports of thefts from boats at Rutland Water Whitwell site and we are working with Anglian Water to tackle this issue and adding a visible police presence in the area to prevent further thefts.
Rutland North beat priorities remain the same with Speeding, Rural Crime and Fraud being the 3 issues that our community have identified through consultation as their main concerns. We are always looking to engage with all of our villages and Di Freeman is looking to hold Beat Surgeries.
