Elections will be held in Whissendine on May 7th for a District Councillor (if more than ONE nomination is received) and Parish Councillors (should more than NINE nominations be received).
Those interested in standing for a Councillor position should note that their nomination papers must be delivered no later than 4PM on THURSDAY 9th APRIL to the Rutland County Council Offices in Oakham.
For all enquiries regarding the District Council, and for nomination papers contact Rutland County Council at Catmose. Information about the Parish Council will also be available there, or may be received from the Parish Clerk (Jen Lacey on 474408 or jen.lacey@btinternet.com), who also has a limited number of nomination papers.
