Parish Council Communication Network in Whissendine April 2020
I am working with our Parish Council to establish email contact with as many people as possible in Whissendine. In this way we hope to have a more co-ordinated way to disseminate important information in these difficult times.
If you are not yet part of the network (which started by connecting groups across Whissendine) but wish to be, please email Jean Penny jean.penny@btinternet.com along with your address.
The communication will work in the following way: When the Parish Council wants to share important information, they will email me. I send the message out to other group leaders / co-ordinators and we then pass the message onto everyone in our group/contact list. This will help with communications and getting messages out quickly. You will need to look at your emails at least once a day.
Blind copies will be used in line with data protection.
This is all about connecting as many people in Whissendine as possible during this difficult time.
