Along with our usual tea/ coffee and chat drop-in sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays we have some activity sessions and events coming up.
Tuesday November 16th @12:30 Gardening
Join us at Oakham Fire Station where we have started a new gardening project. You can get involved with planting, weeding, pruning, painting or just enjoy a cup of tea/ coffee outside in the fresh air.

Let us know if you’d like to join us for a morning of Christmas wreath making. Everyone is welcome to get involved and you can take home a beautiful wreath for your door.

We’ll have cards, mince pies, amazing raffle prizes and a lucky dip, come and say hi, we’ll be at Oakham Market place 9:00-14:00.

Mince pies, shortbread biscuits, Christmas decorations… join us for a morning full of Christmas fun.

Look after your mental health, take a break, reconnect with others and have fun at your local mental health hub.
