Rutland County Council District Council has a closure notice for Melton Road in relation to a significant leak in the carriageway because of the likelihood of danger to the public.
Melton Road is closed with immediate effect for a maximum of 21 days.
The diversion route is Oakham Road, Whissendine Lane, Melton Road, Mount Pleasant Hill and Whissendine Road.
