Congratulations to Yolanda and Chris of White Lion Inn, Whissendine, for winning a ‘Making a Difference’ award from Everards Brewery. The award is given by Everards to a licensee delivering a fantastic pub experience and making a difference through creativity, innovation, loyalty and commitment and, of course, offering their customers first class beers! Yolanda and Chris received their award and prize — three day trip to Iceland (the country, not the supermarket) — from Chairman Richard Everard and Leicester Tigers players Greg Peterson and Tom Bristow.
