For Discussion

Shared email access with the Grapevine?

• People have to send two emails to disseminate their news: one to the Grapevine and one to the website/Twitter account, which is an unnecessary burden on residents.

• People frequently forget one or the other media meaning the Grapevine, website and Twitter editors are always chasing people for their news.

• The website often receives emails intended for the Grapevine, which we forward.

• The Twitter account and website currently share access to one email address and it would be possible for all three village media to share access.
