Whissendine Sports Club on Melton Road houses a football pitch, cricket field, tennis court, bowls green and clubhouse.
Become a member of Whissendine Sports Club and have access to the football field and tennis court and consider joining the cricket club or bowls club. Members also benefit from reduced booking fees for the clubhouse.
Members have open access to the football pitch at the far end of the field when it is not being used by other organisations. There is a set of full-size goal posts.
Members are welcome to use the tennis court at any time and are requested to leave the court in a clean and tidy condition.
Whissendine Cricket Club plays in the Grantham And Melton League Div 2 (Sundays) and is always looking for new players. To learn more about the club, and to see the 2015 fixtures list, click here.

There are five pétanque teams in Whissendine. Two teams are based at While Lion Inn: White Lion PC and Nailers. Three teams are based at The Three Horseshoes: 3 Horseshoes Lions PC, 3 Horseshoes Cobblers and 3 Horseshoes Novices. To learn more about pétanque, click here.
The clubhouse has a large social room, a bar, kitchen and changing rooms and is available for hire for meetings, parties, sports and social events. Members pay half price. To book the clubhouse, contact Helen Roberts on 01664 474588.
