Tenebrae service @ St Andrew's Church 7.30pm Wednesday 1st April A moving evening of readings and music with a simple sharing of bread and wine and a bread and cheese supper. Please let Revd Janet know if you intend to come.

The Melton Mowbray and District Model Engineering Society (MMMES) will meet at the Sports Club at 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start. This month is Ladies Night and Lady Gretton will talk on her role as Lord Lieutenant of Leicestershire.

Communion Service at St Andrew’s, Whissendine, and Fishes Club for the kids. Followed at 12 noon by our Annual Meeting – all are welcome as we review the past year, elect our churchwardens and PCC, and look ahead.
The meeting on April 21st will take the form of a Whist Drive and the competition is ‘Naughty but Nice’ when homemade sweets or chocolates will be judged. All WI members and prospective members are welcome to attend, see also the WI page.
